You may or may not have heard of Brand Archetypes before. According to psychologist Carl Jung, there are 12 different character archetypes. For decades now, the advertising industry has been utilizing the archetypes as core foundations for their brand and marketing strategies, relying on Jung’s theory that humans have a natural tendency to use symbolism to understand specific concepts and make subliminal decisions regarding their purchasing habits.

According to Jung, these archetype characters are what represent vital human needs and desires, and have often been used by power-house brands to subtly influence people to purchase their products or services. Although the names vary, brands use the 12 main archetypes to drive purchasing decisions. 

As an Intuitive Brand Strategist, I’ve taken the infamous archetype methodology and put my own soul-infused spin on it. I’ve created these four main soul-centered Brand Vibes that I believe every high-vibe boss can relate to.

The Creative

The Creative seeks stability, control, innovation, and to provide structure. It ‘s her brand’s mission to create something with meaning, directly from her soul, and of substantial personal value.

The Hustler

The Hustler seeks to leave a mark on this world and is a major catalyst for change. When it comes to making a difference, she’s the first in line and nothing’s going to stop her.

The Free Spirit

The Free Spirit seeks a sense of belonging and a major connection with others. She lives to be happy, find fulfillment through new experiences, and to help the world gain insight.

The Dreamer

The Dreamer seeks enlightenment, independence, and the freedom to explore her dreams and spirituality as she sees fit. She’s out to prove fairy tales do exist.
