Frequently Asked Questions &
What to Expect While Working With Me
I've booked a free Compatibility Call, now what?
Hooray, the hard part is done! Now let’s see if we’ll make a good fit. After you’ve booked your call, you’ll receive either a Zoom link or a Skype invite (depending on your response during the booking process) within 24-48 hours prior to our call. During our chat we’ll go over who you are, what your business is about, what your goals for your design and branding project are, and who I am and what working with me is like.
If we decide we go together like bread and butter, and you’re interested in moving forward, I will email you an official proposal for you to choose your package from. Once you’ve selected your package, I’ll email over the contract and the non-refundable deposit to get the project started. Boom! It’s as easy as that.

Do your packages come with hosting and a domain?
What do you mean by "content" & "copy"?
What if I need help coming up with my content?
I want to be super transparent here as I am not a business coach. However, I would be more than happy to help point you in the direction of how to get started with creating your content. If you need photos, we can discuss some great free or premium stock photo options. If you’re in need of help writing your copy, I can either help set you up with a copywriter, or we can discuss some great free tools and resources out there to help you write your own.
Please keep in mind that although I’m beyond happy to help, it is still your job to do the work. It is your job to follow through with whatever actions we decide to move forward with when creating your content. I’ll be here the entire way to answer your questions and guide you down the right path, but like I’ve said before, this is a team effort and you’ll be required to pull your own weight.
